Please note - important information about downloads
When you purchase an MP4 download the checkout will ask you for a shipping address. As you are not being sent anything in the post this does not matter but its best to put in your address anyway or it will not let you continue.
if you buy this you will get sent two emails: one as confirmation of purchase, and another containing a temporary download link which is only valid for 36 hours. If you do not get both -and they should arrive almost immediately, please check your email junk or spam folder.
I-Pad users - If you open the link with Safari, as most ipad users will do, it offers you a choice to save file or view it.
If you click save then it will download to your device. Even if you click view, once it is playing you can then go ahead and click the Share button at the top of screen. Looks like a box with an upward arrow coming out of it.
Then you have the option to share, or save to Dropbox for instance, or save to device. Click save then you can open it with the files manager on your device.
Please note - important information about playing DVD on PC
If you buy a physical DVD from us it is standard format, however, recently Microsoft has removed the ability of Windows 10 to play DVDs. You can purchase an official software player from the Windows store, but I recommend using a tried and trusted freeware alternative called VLC Player. If your disk will not play on your Windows 10 PC then you can download this software here.
