Pilates for over 50's

Our first production is called Pilates for over 50's and is a gentle but thorough introduction. It covers the all important principles and is structured such a way that you can watch clips at your own pace or follow along with the course.

Pilates has been shown to be a safe and beneficial form of exercise for conditions such as osteoporosis, arthritis, high blood pressure, pelvic floor issues. Pilates alleviates aches and pains, improves breathing, helps prevent injury, aids physical rehabilitation after hip replacements, back injuries, etc.
